Competitive Pay
$17 to $25 per hour based on experience and skill level. Pay increases as you develop new skills and take on more responsibility.

We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.
Landscape Team Member
Join our crew and work on a variety of landscaping and hardscaping projects across the Cedar Valley. You will be involved in patio installations, retaining wall construction, landscape plantings, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and more.
Responsibilities
- Install pavers, retaining walls, and hardscape features
- Perform landscape planting, mulching, and grading
- Operate equipment including skid steers, compactors, and saws
- Maintain job sites in a clean and safe condition
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Communicate with team leads and follow project plans
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to the Waterloo shop location
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required
- CDL a plus but not required
